Shipping policy

All orders are delivered using Flower Works LLC dba My Little Posy’s delivery team or another third party courier. Delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, Public holidays, or days when My Little Posy shuts down operations. Prior announcements will be made to inform of the operation shut down. Online tracking is not available. All deliveries are scheduled by a 7pm arrival, though we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific time. We strongly encourage recipients to be at the delivery location to receive the flowers as flowers that remain outside are more likely to wilt and die.
Flower Works LLC dba My Little Posy’s offers one delivery option: (1) No Signature Required. Flower Works LLC dba My Little Posy’s strongly encourages the No Signature Required option to ensure safe and fresh delivery.

No Signature Required means that Flower Works LLC dba My Little Posy’s will leave the package at the address whether the recipient or another person is available or not. Flower Works LLC dba My Little Posy’s cannot guarantee freshness and cannot provide replacements or refunds based on flower quality or freshness. Without the signature provided, we cannot be sure that the package was delivered at the correct time and place, or that the flowers were treated as is needed to maintain quality. Flower Works LLC dba My Little Posy’s cannot be held responsible or liable for product quality or longevity.

In the event an incorrect address was given by the sender to Flower Works LLC dba My Little Posy’s, there will be a $20 redelivery charge in order to deliver the product to a 2nd address. 3 attempts (phone call, text, and e-mail) will be made by Flower Works LLC dba My Little Posy’s to inform the sender of the wrong address and to collect the redelivery charge. If the $20 redelivery charge is not collected immediately from the sender (within 1 day), the product will be held by Flower Works LLC dba My Little Posy’s for 3 days and no refunds will be given. After 3 days the product will be disposed of. Flower Works LLC dba My Little Posy’s will not be held liable for typos, wrong addresses, non payment of the $20 redelivery charge, and non communication from the sender.
